Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager LAP located in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for Loans Against Property (LAP). Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating and executing sales strategies, evaluating client creditworthiness, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursal.
Qualifications
- Business development, market research, and sales strategy skills
- Strong understanding of Loans Against Property (LAP) and SME lending
- Relationship management and customer service skills
- Knowledge of financial analysis and credit evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
