About Us:

Realatte Ventures is a fast-growing organization focused on strengthening data-driven decision-making and CRM efficiency. We are looking for a Salesforce Data Loader Executive who will be responsible for managing data operations, ensuring accurate imports/exports, and maintaining clean, reliable CRM data across Salesforce systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data imports, exports, updates, upserts, and deletions using Salesforce Data Loader.
  • Prepare, clean, and validate large datasets for seamless migration into Salesforce.
  • Manage data mapping, transformation, and bulk operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update custom objects, fields, records, and related data within Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the CRM development team to support data needs for integrations, workflows, and automation.
  • Create and maintain data templates, processes, and documentation.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, duplicate checks, and validation rule compliance.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and analytics requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience using Salesforce Data Loader and data management tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, fields, and data structures.
  • Proficiency in handling large data volumes, CSV formats, and data preparation.
  • Good knowledge of SOQL queries for data extraction and validation.
  • Experience with data migration, cleansing, and quality-check processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and basic CRM administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive data securely.

Job Type: Full-time
