We're a full-service advertising agency working with some of India's top brands across digital, influencer, and BTL activations. As we grow our verticals in influencer marketing and offline outreach,we're looking for a data-savvy individual who can help us build, manage, and organize critical datasets that power our campaigns and outreach efforts.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Data & Outreach Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering, structuring, andmaintaining data for two key verticals:

● Influencer Marketing: Building and managing influencer databases (nano to megainfluencers) with relevant metrics.

● Offline Activations: Creating and maintaining outreach lists of colleges, schools, RWAs, etc. for on-ground campaigns. You'll work closely with our strategy, client servicing, and activation teams to ensure data is up-to-date, reliable, and easy to use for decision-making and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing:

● Build and maintain a categorized influencer database (nano to mega).

● Track key metrics: followers, engagement rate, niche, location, past brand collabs.

● Assist campaign managers with influencer shortlists based on briefs.

● Update and clean influencer data regularly.

Offline Outreach:

● Research and compile data of colleges, schools,and corporate hubs.

● Maintain outreach records, contact info, event calendars, and past activity logs.

● Coordinate with on-ground teams to update response and conversion data.General:

● Create dashboards, trackers, and reporting formats for internal use.

● Ensure all data is structured, searchable, and regularly backed up.

● Identify and suggest tools or platforms to improve data efficiency.

Requirements:

● Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).

● Internet research skills to source data efficiently.

● Basic understanding of influencer marketing and BTL activations (preferred).

● Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

● Good communication skills – written & verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
