Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Academic Counseling

Job Summary:

We are searching for a passionate and experienced Academic Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of international education systems and university application processes, along with a proven success record in guiding students through admissions abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel Students and Parents: Provide guidance on study abroad options, including courses, universities, and destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe).
  • Admissions Process Guidance: Assist students with university shortlisting, application preparation, statement of purpose (SOP) reviews, visa documentation, and interview preparation.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of admission requirements, deadlines, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations.
  • University Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with partner universities.
  • Conduct Information Sessions: Organize and lead seminars, webinars, and informational sessions as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and track student progress effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic counseling.
  • Strong understanding of destination-specific admission processes and visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
