1. Work closely with the sales team to prepare daily sales reports

2. Coordinate with branches to establish a streamlined system for obtaining sales numbers.

3. Maintain an organized database of students, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

4. Establish and oversee a team responsible for engaging students who have enrolled until

the commencement of classes.

5. Create separate WhatsApp groups for students and parents to facilitate communication.

6. Collaborate with the academic team to segregate students into different batches

according to program requirements

7. Reach out to students to communicate class commencement dates and ensure timely

payment of batch fees.

8. Assign batches to mentors and provide necessary student databases before class

commencement.

9. Follow up with students for any outstanding payments, maintaining professionalism

and clarity

10. Collaborate with the finance department to address arrear payments, ensuring

consistency across all branches.

11. Focus on student retention, understanding reasons behind refund requests, and

implementing strategies to retain students where possible.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in sales coordination or student engagement roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage databases efficiently
- Excellent communication skills. both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across multiple branches
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (required)
