- Understand student requirements and suggesting our services
- Converting the leads as admissions
- Verification and Follow up the leads
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/Parents
- Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration

**Requirements:

- **
- Previous experience in **Student admission counselling, educational services or related field or Ed Tech customer service**:

- Bachelor's in any stream preferred
- Experience in **Mobile CRM is appreciated**:

- Team management skills are Additional advantage
- **Freshers can apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
