**Position: Student Counsellor**

As a Student Counsellor, your primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive information about our educational programs, guiding students through the admission process, and maintaining a database of potential and existing students. You will collaborate closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets and identify and address students' needs and concerns.

**Experience**: 2 year mandatory (Education sector)

**Key Duties**:
Information Provision: Offer detailed information about our educational programs to prospective students.

Admission Assistance: Guide students through the admission process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.

Database Management: Maintain an organized database of potential and current students for efficient communication and tracking.

Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to collectively achieve enrolment targets and goals.

Student Support: Identify and address students' needs and concerns through effective counselling sessions, providing guidance on educational opportunities.

Inquiry Resolution: Address inquiries and concerns promptly, offering solutions and ensuring a positive experience for students.

**Working Hours: The standard working hours for this position are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.**

Probation Period: The initial three months will serve as a probationary period to assess performance and fit within the organization.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)
