Nitro Commerce is building India's first Revenue-as-a-Service stack, enabling D2C brands to scale profitably with tools like:

● NitroX → Cookieless measurement & first-party identity resolution.

● Nitro Ads → Commerce media & performance marketing, powered by NitroX data.

With 2,200+ D2C brands already onboarded, Nitro is redefining how brands measure, acquire, and retain customers in the open internet.

Role Overview

- If you get a dopamine hit from solving complex, ambiguous problems, shifting gears every 30 minutes, and seeing your fingerprints on the company's most critical initiatives, then ditch the corporate jargon and come help us build something legendary.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding & Activation

  • Lead smooth onboarding of new Nitro Ads and NitroX clients, ensuring campaigns go live without friction.
  • Hand-hold clients through the activation cycle: data integration, audience setup, campaign design.

2. Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Build trust-based partnerships with client stakeholders (Founders, CMOs, Growth Heads).
  • Represent client voice internally, influencing product and campaign strategy.

3. Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to deliver desired campaign KPIs in month 1 with a target of building scale and performance improvement.
  • Leverage NitroX identity data to improve targeting, reactivation, and attribution accuracy.
  • Work with AdOps teams to ensure high-quality creative, reporting, and timely execution.
  • Manage a portfolio of 30+ active accounts, balancing high-touch client engagement with performance-driven execution at scale

4. Strategic Business Reviews

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients.
  • Share performance insights, identify growth opportunities, and co-build roadmaps.
  • Upsell/cross-sell NitroX and Nitro Ads features (e.g., advanced cohorts, creator collaborations).

5. Retention & Growth

  • Develop and execute account growth plans → upsell campaigns, increase ad spends, expand categories.
  • Proactively identify churn risks and implement retention strategies (personalized playbooks, exclusive cohorts, loyalty offers).

6. Measurement & Attribution Advisory

  • Solve attribution challenges (multi-touch, coupon overlap, platform reporting).
  • Provide transparent, data-driven reporting that builds client confidence in Nitro Ads.

Strategy & Operations (The Architect)

  • Mission Control:

Run the strategic planning cycle (OKRs, quarterly reviews, etc.) like a well-oiled machine, ensuring the entire team is rowing in the same, aggressive direction.
- Deep Dive Detective:

Conduct quick-turn market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to vet new opportunities or kill zombie projects.
- Firefighter & Builder:

Jump into operational gaps—maybe we need to stand up a new sales enablement process this week, or maybe we need to design the deck for the next funding round. You're ready for both.

Product & Innovation (The Visionary)

  • Idea to Execution:

Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to prototype, test, and launch
Founder-led initiatives

that sit outside the core roadmap.
- Voice of the Customer (VoC):

Synthesize qualitative user feedback into crisp, actionable insights that directly influence product direction and messaging.
- Process Unblocker:

Help the Founders communicate the product vision across the organization, translating complex tech goals into simple, compelling narratives.

Content & Communications (The Storyteller)

  • The Founder's Voice:

Be the primary ghostwriter and editor for the Founders—crafting high-impact communications, including internal memos, board updates, and thought-leadership pieces (blogs, LinkedIn, conference talks).
- Narrative Ownership:

Shape and sharpen our company's core narrative. Ensure everything we say, from the website copy to the pitch deck, sings the same powerful song.
- Community Catalyst:

Create compelling internal content (All-Hands decks, culture docs) that reinforces our values and keeps the internal spirit strong.
