Role Description

As part of the
Founder's Office – Sales & Growth
, you'll work directly with the founder on
sales enablement,
strategic growth initiatives, revenue planning and partnerships. This is not a traditional sales role — it's a high-impact, cross-functional position that blends business development, strategy, and execution. You'll be driving deals, building systems, and identifying new growth opportunities to help scale Acquir.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the founder to execute and refine the company's growth strategy
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard potential clients and corporate partners
  • Support leasing and BD efforts — from lead generation to closure
  • Build frameworks for sales tracking, CRM optimisation, and performance insights
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align growth goals with execution
  • Drive special projects related to new city launches or vertical expansion

What we're looking for

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, growth, or business development (preferably in co-working, startups, or real estate)
  • Sharp business acumen with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and gets things done
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in using data for decision-making
  • Energy, ownership, and a founder-like approach to problem-solving

This role offers high visibility and hands-on experience, with the chance to shape Acquir's growth playbook from the ground up. You'll work across sales, marketing, and operations — gaining a 360° view of how a business scales.
