About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic
Founder's Office Intern
who will work directly with the founders on high-impact projects across
product, technology, and strategy
. This is a
generalist role
designed for someone who is curious, resourceful, and eager to build in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, research, and execution.
  • Assist in product brainstorming, requirement gathering, and user research.
  • Support tech and product teams with documentation, feature scoping, and analysis.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide data-backed insights.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Take ownership of high-impact mini-projects end-to-end.
  • Solve ambiguous problems with a first-principles and entrepreneurial mindset.

What We're Looking For

  • Students from Tier-1 colleges (IITs, IIMs, BITS, SRCC, St. Stephen's, etc.).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-speed, high-learning startup environment.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and the hunger to build things from scratch.
  • A hustler mindset with a willingness to take initiative and ownership.
  • Prior experience in startups, product, tech, consulting, or strategy (preferred but not mandatory).
