  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers for SBI Credit Card sales.
  • Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly over phone.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM / MIS daily.
  • Follow telecalling scripts and compliance guidelines.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / telesales (freshers with good communication also eligible).
  • Good communication skills (Hindi / English / local language).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Persuasive, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed salary (₹16,000 – ₹18,000 NTH, depending on location & experience).
