Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team and promote our range of medical equipment through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell medical equipment.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly to customers.
  • Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
  • Maintain customer database and follow up on leads regularly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and support team to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year in telesales or customer service (preferably healthcare or medical products).
  • Technical: Must have a laptop or desktop with stable internet connection.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently from home.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
