We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives to connect with potential customers and help them find their dream property.

Key Responsibilities

*Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain ongoing real estate projects.

*Generate leads and schedule site visits.

*Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

*Build strong relationships with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.

*Follow up with leads consistently and achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

*Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client communication.

Requirements

*Freshers are welcome

*0–1 year of experience in telecalling or sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).

*Strong communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.

*Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

*Positive attitude, confidence, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
