Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and societies to promote company services.
  • Explain offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
  • Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the management team.
  • Maintain records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM/software.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with managers to share client requirements and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in handling outbound and inbound calls.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Prior telesales/inside sales experience is an added advantage (freshers may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
