Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and converting these leads into sales. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing customer support, following up on leads, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
