Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls to generate leads and sales
  • Explain product features & benefits (Agri Drones & Training) to customers
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up regularly
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance
  • Work closely with sales & marketing teams for business growth


Requirements

  • Minimum
    1 year of telesales experience
    (preferably in technology, education, or agriculture sector)
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills
  • Strong customer handling ability over the phone
  • Goal-driven with proven sales track record
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools preferred
