Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and generating leads. They will provide exceptional customer service, support customer inquiries, and assist in closing sales. Other tasks include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Customer Support experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with travel industry practices is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
