Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client inquiries. The role involves promoting the company's solutions, identifying customer needs, and converting leads into sales. Providing regular updates on customer interactions and sales progress, as well as participating in training sessions and continuous skill improvement, are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to engage effectively with clients and provide solutions tailored to their needs
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional interaction with customers
  • Proven Sales skills, with the ability to identify leads, build relationships, and close deals
  • Experience with Training and the ability to effectively enhance knowledge within the team or assist in customer onboarding
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a targeted sales environment
  • Prior experience in a telesales or similar role, especially in the energy or infrastructure sector, is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
