Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and closing sales. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Sales and Training skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- Prior experience in telesales is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
