Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, providing customer support, addressing inquiries, and promoting travel services to meet sales targets. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, updating customer records, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless booking experience.

- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to drive business growth and meet targets
- Customer Support expertise to address inquiries and provide solutions efficiently
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, demonstrating a commitment to achieving goals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the travel industry or related experience is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant computer tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
