Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Chandigarh. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and implementing client engagement strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves cross-selling banking products, market analysis, and maintaining updated client records.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and customer service skills
- Experience in business development and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong analytical and market analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
