Role & Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Consultation
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through assigned leads and schedule appointments.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' immigration goals and requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on Permanent Residency (PR), Business, and Investment Visas, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Assess candidates' profiles objectively and evaluate their eligibility for various immigration programs.
  • Develop customized immigration strategies tailored to clients' aspirations and global career objectives.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Conduct compelling sales pitches to engage prospects and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Take ownership of meeting monthly sales targets by employing effective sales strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the existing client network and contribute to business growth.
  • Compliance & Process Management
  • Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using the CRM system.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and provide fair, unbiased evaluations of client profiles.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating resilience and determination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel and engage clients.
  • Hands-on experience handling end-to-end immigration processes, from initial assessment to visa approval.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
