Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our in-office team in Gwalior. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about helping people and ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with queries related to products, services, orders, payments, or account details.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, concise, and solution-oriented responses.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure full resolution.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer concerns patiently.
- Team player with a problem-solving attitude.
