Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Head located in Bengaluru. The Sales Team Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing lead generation, guiding the team through the sales cycle, partnering with marketing for sales campaigns, and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management and Leadership-Real Estate
- Skills in Sales Strategy Development and Implementation
- Ability to Generate Leads and Drive Sales
- Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
