Key Responsibilities: Minimum 3-4 Years of experience required in BDE

  • Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, and other online platforms.
  • Write persuasive proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
  • Identify and qualify leads, convert them into prospects, and maintain healthy client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate estimations and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and online business development.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, CRM, ERP, AI, Data Scraping, etc.).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and align them with company offerings.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
