Job Opening | IT Recruiter | Hyderabad

We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong networking skills, and the ability to deliver top talent within deadlines. Prior experience in handling Middle East hiring will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Salary: 9 LPA (Fixed)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess fitment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Advantage: Exposure to Middle East recruitment and understanding of the regional talent market.

Requirements:

  • 57 years of proven IT recruitment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of technical skills, tools, and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
