About Us

Sri Fine Jewellery, with sub-brands Samairaa and Hriday, is a 32-year legacy jewellery house in 92.5 silver, CZ, Moissanite, Temple, Kundan & Victorian jewellery. We are looking for experienced Sales Executives with a background in jewellery sales to join our team and deliver an outstanding shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a professional & warm approach.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable jewellery.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Sales & Targets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Upsell and cross-sell jewellery collections (Temple, CZ, Moissanite, Bridal, etc.).
  • Actively follow up with potential leads (walk-ins, online inquiries, video calls).
  • Product Knowledge
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of 92.5 silver, CZ, Moissanite & other collections.
  • Explain jewellery craftsmanship, designs, and brand value to customers.
  • Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Operations & Reporting
  • Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and documentation of sales.
  • Handle exchanges/returns as per company policies.
  • Maintain the showroom display and assist in stock management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of jewellery sales experience (silver, gold, diamond, or luxury retail).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
  • Presentable, professional, and passionate about jewellery & fashion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
