About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in handling email campaigns, telecalling, and marketing research.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle email campaigns and manage customer communication effectively.

  2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

  3. Call and engage with leads to generate interest and qualify prospects.

  4. Arrange virtual or in-person meetings between clients and the sales/technical teams.

  5. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.

  6. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation initiatives.

  7. Prepare reports, track performance, and support business development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Female candidate with 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience in inside sales, business development, or marketing.

  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  3. Proficient in handling email marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office.

  4. Strong tele calling and client engagement abilities.

  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  6. Graduation or MBA in any discipline (MBA/Marketing background preferred).
