Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive – Energy & Transportation Sectors

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to lead strategic growth initiatives across the Energy and Transportation sectors. This role demands deep industry knowledge in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, and Transportation, with a strong network and proven track record in driving revenue and partnerships.

• Scouting & screening of tender opportunities from various tender publication portals with respect to Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, and Transportation
• To check various tender publication portals and identify the suitable tenders in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, and Transportation
• Shortlisting of relevant tenders, preparation of prequalification compliance, listing the same in BD list.
• Preparation of detailed compliance matrix, check list with respect to eligible projects and financial eligibility, team composition, identification of JV partners and sector specific experts if required, etc.
• Proposal Development
• To guide the team in preparation of proposal documents as per the requirements
• To attend the Prebid meetings, to check for any addendum/corrigendum, to check for extension of submission date
• To check for submission mode-if online check for registration process.
• To check for submission mode - if hard copy – coordinate for pick up and delivery
• To coordinate with the technical team in preparation of approach methodologies and work plan
• To coordinate with the finance team for EMD/BG and turnover certificate, etc.
• To coordinate with the JV partners and experts, etc.
• To check the proposal documents thoroughly as per the requirements
• To prepare for technical presentation if required
• Market Research & Strategy
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new services and geographies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of BD experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, and/or Transportation
• Strong understanding of industry dynamics, technologies, and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage complex deals and long sales cycles
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
