JD-Process Transformation & Digitization

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and a dynamic candidate having robust analytical skills and strong presentation abilities to engage stakeholders . Responsibilities entail detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, user acceptance testing, and operational support for field teams. Proficiency in Python (Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Regex, and Request) and basic knowledge of SQL is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with users to understand business needs and identify process gaps.
  • Lead meetings and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to highlight problems and suggest solutions.
  • Document and share analysis results effectively.
  • Perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Prioritize projects based on business requirements.
  • Use Python (Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Regex, and Requests) and basic SQL to create automated dashboards and reports.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings and collaborate with engineering teams on requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Work Experience in any telecom/software domain for 4+ Years. Knowledge about B2B domain is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic telecom network infrastructure
  • Strong Analytical skill.
  • Strong hold on data analysis tools like Excel. ( LOOKUPS, PIVOTS, CHARTS, TIMEDATE Related function etc)
  • Hands-on experience in Python including in data analysis packages like Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib Regex, and Request etc
  • Basic knowledge about SQL.
  • Knowledge about API types and working. Knowledge on using Postman is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Networking/Routing Protocols
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • People skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations
