Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technology Delivery Head located in Noida and Gurgaon. The Technology Delivery Head will be responsible for overseeing technical delivery quality, program management, people management, and project management activities. The individual will lead a team, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects. The role involves consulting with clients, developing project plans, and maintaining quality standards. We are looking for candidates with strong Engg background (.NET background preferred).

  • Program Management and Project Management skills
  • Strong communication and Client mgmt skills
  • Experience using Scrom /Safe Agile
  • People Management and Team Management skills
  • Consulting skills and experience in client relationship management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in AI and digital transformation projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
