Position: Head – Information Technology (IT)

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable IT infrastructure to support business and operational requirements.
  • Design and implement software tools and digital systems that improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business and operations teams to develop and deploy custom applications using the latest technologies.
  • Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to optimize cost and enhance profitability.
  • Evaluate and implement ERP, TMS, WMS, and other critical logistics platforms.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance standards are met across IT operations.
  • Lead vendor selection, IT procurement, and budget management for all tech initiatives.
  • Train and build a high-performing internal IT team and vendor network to scale technological innovation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in cloud computing, logistics tech, AI, IoT, and software engineering.
  • Provide technology vision to take Logistics to the next level in terms of digital transformation.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation technology preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, APIs, AI/ML tools, and enterprise-grade applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
