Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. The intern will assist with day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and various technology projects. This role offers hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems management within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, network issues).
  • Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support IT team in troubleshooting system and network problems.
  • Help with installing and updating software applications.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories.
  • Assist in data backup, security monitoring, and system documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT department.

Who can join us?:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware & software, operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common troubleshooting tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and on weekly offs.
