DTC Projectsaspires to be one of the top real estate brands in Kolkata through its missionof providing community living to all its customers across projects.The OpportunityWe are seeking a strategic Vice President - Architect tolead and scale our design function across a comprehensive portfolio ofapproximately 70 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area (10 projects, 5,400+ units).This is an executive leadership role reporting directly to the Director,offering the opportunity to build organisational design capabilities, establishdesign systems, and drive innovation as a competitive differentiator.Location: Kolkata (Head Office)Experience Required: years in architecture with proven organisational leadershipWhat You'll LeadStrategic Impact: Shape designvision and standards for DTC's growth trajectoryPortfolio Scale: ~70 lakh sq. ft.across 10 projects with strategic oversightTeam Building: Lead 8 -10architects with interior design function oversightOrganisational Development: Create SOPs, processes,and scalable design systems.
