Position Overview

We are seeking a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to support the growth of company's suite of payroll and HR solutions. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. You will connect with senior-level decision-makers including CFOs, COOs, HR Directors, Controllers, and Business Owners to initiate meaningful sales conversations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, coachable, and eager to develop a successful career in technology and SaaS sales. Company offers strong training, development opportunities, and attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and authority.
  • Schedule product demos, discovery calls, and meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives to ensure smooth and effective lead transitions.
  • Nurture early-stage prospects through ongoing follow-ups and engagement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build credibility and relationships with prospects through a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience
    in sales, HR tech, SaaS, customer service, or related fields (preferred).
  • Military service or college/professional sports experience demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and resilience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organization, and follow-through abilities.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and persist toward goals.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and product information quickly.
