About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. If you have strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations
  • Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (Tally)
  • Handle data entry, invoicing, and payment tracking
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
  • Prepare basic financial reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approvals
  • Perform other accounting tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • B.Com degree (mandatory)
  • Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of accounting experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table basics preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to accuracy and deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
