Role: Territory Manager ChennaiWe are seeking a dynamic, number-driven, and execution-focused Territory Manager to lead business growth and manage a high-performing B2C inside sales team in Chennai. This is a strategic and operational role with full ownership of revenue, team performance, and territory expansion.Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 35 leaders (Team Leads, Assistant Managers) and indirectly lead a team of 20+ telesales executives.
- Revenue Ownership: Drive territory revenue targets, manage P&L, and ensure consistent business growth.
- Sales Strategy: Build and execute aggressive sales plans to maximize conversions and profitability.
- Performance Culture: Implement KPIs, track metrics, and drive accountability across the team.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and daily performance tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Execution: Ensure high-quality customer interactions and resolve escalations effectively.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 48 years in Inside Sales (B2C only) with proven revenue ownership.
- Team Management: Minimum 2 years as a Sales Manager leading 20+ team members.
- Industry Fit: Must be from EdTech, FinTech, Insurance, Real Estate, or other B2C sectors.

- Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekday off
