Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in MUMBAI & PUNE as Area sales Head MUMBAI /PUNE .

Area Sales Head will be responsible for MUMBAI / ROM  market , He will be responsible to developing MURPHY Right-Fit  LFP Battery brand in respective market . Development and maintaining Distributor network , Key Accounts, sales strategies, develop and manage a sales team, Setting the sales projections and achieving the desired goals as per the market mapping, Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships. Travel extensively across the territory.

The role also involves conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in market research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Ability to maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Experience in the energy sector, specifically with Batteries, solar products and UPS systems, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required
  • Inverter / ups / online ups /battery industry / computer hardware industry connection will be a must.
