We are hiring energetic, and result-driven Business Development Manager to promote our flagship medical device, ADS Proctocam, across clinics and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and onboard new B2B clients (clinics/hospitals)

  • Travel for in-person client meetings and product demonstrations
  • Follow up with prospects and close sales
  • Maintain records using CRM tools
  • Represent the brand in medical events and expos

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (science background preferred)
