Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for selling consumer products, especially water purifiers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, leads, and referrals.
  • Promote Water Store products and services to individuals, offices, and institutions.
  • Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with service and installation teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and daily activity logs.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and new product updates.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in water purifiers, home appliances, or consumer durables).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Workspace).
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹15,000 + Performance-based incentives
  • Allowances: Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement (if applicable)
