We are looking for a Customer Associate to join our team. The role involves calling branches to collect and process their orders for books and uniforms, ensuring smooth coordination and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with branches to collect book and uniform orders.
  • Record and update order details accurately.
  • Coordinate with the supply/operations team for timely processing.
  • Maintain strong communication with branches and address their queries.
  • Ensure reporting and documentation of daily calls and orders.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience in customer service/tele calling will be an advantage.
