We are looking for a candidate with
excellent communication skills
who is passionate about helping customers and ensuring a smooth experience while using the platform. This is a
non-sales role
focused purely on
customer support and issue resolution
.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist users by addressing their queries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat.
- Help customers navigate the platform and understand how to use its features effectively.
- Identify and communicate potential roadblocks customers may face while using the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, tech, and account managers to troubleshoot and escalate issues.
- Provide quick, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer questions and concerns.
- Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and a customer-first attitude while managing daily queries.
- Share suggestions and feedback from customers internally to improve product experience.
Requirements:
- Must have completed
graduation from a full-time program
. - Minimum
0.5 years of experience
in any customer-facing role (internships included). - Strong
verbal and written English communication
skills. - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
