Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day executive administrative assistance, manage expense reports, provide executive support, and facilitate effective communication within the organization. This role also involves general administrative assistance to support the efficient functioning of the executive office.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience with managing Expense Reports
  • Strong Executive Support skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
