Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Based Telecaller located in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about real estate properties, and answering inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining data records, following up with clients, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams. Excellent communication skills, the ability to persuade and close deals, and a strong understanding of company offerings are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to maintain detailed records and manage data
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and property options
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred
- Fluency in local languages and English would be beneficial
- Basic knowledge of banking formalities and property funding is advantageous
