We are seeking motivated
Sales Executive (Field Sales)
to plan and execute sales strategies, achieve targets, and drive growth for Pollie (Home Care) brands within assigned territories.
Job Description:
Sales Focus:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within company business terms.
- Set, monitor, and track sales performance at the territory and distributor level.
- Analyze sales results, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to reduce variances.
- Prepare accurate sales projections and support territory business planning.
Area & Business Planning:
- Identify potential towns and appoint distributors in line with business strategy.
- Plan and execute secondary sales activities area-wise, distributor-wise, brand-wise, and SKU-wise.
Distribution Management:
- Ensure strong market coverage through efficient distributor operations.
- Develop and implement distribution plans to maximize reach and sales.
- Maintain product availability, visibility, and freshness through effective stock management.
Reporting:
- Submit daily activity reports and updates on area performance.
- Monitor and report competitor activities within the territory.
- Ensure proper placement of POSM materials across all retail outlets.
Required Experience:
• Candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated to drive sales and expand market presence.
• Should possess a good understanding of brands, pricing, margins, and market activities for both own products and competitors.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required for reporting and presentations.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across both urban and rural areas as part of sales operations.
