Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, including product assortment, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition plans.

Oversee the company's e-commerce website(s), ensuring functionality, user experience optimization, and responsiveness across devices. This may involve working with web developers and designers to implement changes and improvements.

Coordinate with relevant teams (such as marketing, merchandising, and procurement) to ensure accurate product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory management teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Implement digital marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. This may involve utilizing various channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.

Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns or refunds in a timely and professional manner. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including sales data, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior, to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and make data-driven decisions.
