Role & responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with existing clients and serving as the point of contact for all account management matters.
  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations and contract terms.

  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and new deliverables with clients.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in account management and sales within IT services or related consulting industries.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software, and consulting services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Leadership capabilities to manage and develop sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
