Job Description:

Royale Rooflytics is a fast-growing U.S. digital marketing agency specializing in helping home improvement businesses (roofing, remodeling, contractors) generate high-quality leads through paid advertising.

We are hiring A-player Cold Callers from India who can confidently call U.S. businesses, follow a proven script, handle objections, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, speaks excellent English, loves talking to business owners, and wants uncapped earning potential through performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls per day to U.S. local businesses
  • Follow agency-provided scripts, rebuttals, and calling process
  • Qualify prospects based on our criteria
  • Book appointments on the calendar with decision-makers
  • Update CRM daily with call notes, statuses, and results
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Attend brief team huddles for training and updates
  • Maintain professionalism while speaking with U.S. business owners

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years experience in outbound calling / telemarketing / appointment setting
  • Strong American English accent preferred
  • Experience calling US, UK, CA, or AUS clients
  • Ability to follow scripts and hit KPIs consistently
  • High-speed internet and reliable laptop
  • Comfortable working US hours (evening/night shift India time)
  • Competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated

Compensation:

We offer a hybrid performance model designed to attract A-players:

Base Salary:

8,000 – 12,000 INR per month (fixed)

Performance Incentives:

  • 800 per qualified appointment (~$10)
  • 4,000 bonus per closed deal (~$50)
  • Weekly performance bonuses for hitting KPIs
  • Monthly contest bonuses for top performers

Expected monthly earnings: 25,000 – 45,000+ for strong performers.

Top performers can exceed this through consistent bookings.

US CST timezone

(Approx. 7 PM – 3 AM IST)
