We assist clients through every stage of the process dismantling, packing, sea transport, customs, and delivery.

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Logistics Specialist to expand our client base in India. Your main task will be to cold call potential customers and identify companies needing machinery relocation or containerized sea freight services. You will generate leads, communicate with logistics partners, and help close deals for international transport projects.

This position is commission-based, offering high commissions for every confirmed shipment or signed client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients (manufacturers, importers, logistics companies, etc.).
  • Identify businesses planning to import machinery from Europe or export to India.
  • Generate and qualify new leads for machinery relocation and sea freight services.
  • Negotiate terms with customers and logistics partners.
  • Prepare freight quotations and follow up on offers.
  • Maintain a database (CRM) of leads and contacts.
  • Report weekly on lead generation and conversions.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in cold calling or B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade is a strong advantage.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-organized.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
