We are looking for a Manager cum HR to oversee our daily operations and strengthen our human resource management.

Key Responsibilities: HR & People Management

  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Create and implement HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Administrative & Operations Management

  • Oversee office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative support.
  • Maintain records, manage documentation, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.

Strategic Support

  • Support management in planning and executing business growth initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, reviews, and client communications when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR / Business Management (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or office management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR software.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership qualities with problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
